Points of Pride

• During the fall semester Parkwood's Rebelution raised over $1,100 to buy water filters for families overseas. The money will be given to Samaritan's Purse for helping families in other countries provide clean water for themselves.

• This fall the Parkwood High Marching Band won the following awards at a competition held at Douglas Byrd High in Fayetteville, NC:  2nd place Band Overall, 1st Place Color Guard, 2nd Place Drum Major, 3rd Place Drum Line, 3rd Place Music.

• The 2009-2010 Girls Varsity Basketball Team won the CMC-Union 2009 Holiday Classic! Congratulations Coach Jamal McGee and the Lady Rebels! The Lady Rebels remain undefeated, so come out and support them as they play their way to victory!
